Millennial pink, anyone? So according to the movers and shakers of the decor world – and us too, because we may have just decided on this ourselves – this is the definitive IT colour for A/W17. Not what you would have guessed, right?
Oh yeah; we’re totally on board.
Now, we know; pink is almost never associated with this time of year, but what if, for once, it was? What if we broke the rules? Wouldn’t that be a fresh and unique way to enjoy all this season has to offer? Pink doesn’t have to mean ice cream and cool pastel things. If you take our beloved millennial pink hue and pair it with some gorgeously indulgent fabrics – such as velvet, wool, sheepskin, fur – the list goes on – you’ve got a perfect happy medium. Typically, we’re never surprised by the trends that emerge each season. We’re a lot like Amanda Priestly in The Devil Wears Prada (not really); ‘florals for spring? Groundbreaking.’ But getting your pink on in the darker months of the year is something new.
Here you’ll find our favourite ways to incorporate a little of the colour that makes the boys wink (apparently) into your abode.
