We love when a new bar, restaurant or hotel opens boasting interior goodness. The Grayson has just opened its doors on St Stephens Green and the bar and restaurant is a decor lover’s dream. Everything from the moody navies and turquoise-blue on the walls to the plush brass fixtures and fitting, tons of Irish artwork and – of course- their incredible outdoor bar and terrace has us wanting to Instagram the entire building.
