If you’ve been following us over on our Instagram these last couple of weeks, you’ll have noticed us posting about the launch of a brand new collection which we have been dying to share with you guys,
We’re delighted to finally and officially bring you news of a brand new sofa range, destined to take the heartache out of couch shopping forever. So Simple is a brand new offering from DFS, which puts you, the homeowner or renter, in charge of your living room’s needs. We have always dreamed of designing our perfect couch and now, thanks to So Simple, that’s exactly what you can do. We’re sold.

This new offering has been inspired by the changing nature of urban living, with Irish people increasingly living in smaller spaces that need to cater to multiple lifestyles.
Basically, the days of investing in one couch and keeping it for a lifetime are long gone. Maybe you’re renting and don’t want to spend too much on furniture, or maybe your house isn’t big enough for an L-shaped settee. So Simple is the answer to those of us who need sofas that are compact in size, reasonable in price, but big on style.
So, how exactly does it work? The So Simple range is a collection of eight contemporary styles, with five size options, designed to work for smaller spaces. The range includes a choice of four fabrics, including linen and leather look, and gorgeous colours like blush, vintage mustard, and indigo blue.
It takes 3 steps to create your perfect sofa:
Step one: choose your style
Step two: choose your size
Step three: choose your fabric
And, voila! DFS will make and deliver your new beauty in about 6 weeks. Price-wise, the sofas start from around €579, depending on your choices.
For us at GAFF, we couldn’t be more excited about the range. It’s exactly the kind of innovation we like to see brands taking on. Anything that serves us and our home’s needs is golden in our books, which is why we are excited to announce that we’ll be partnering with So Simple this summer to bring these new pieces to life in a 6-part Home Tours series.
More details on that to come, but in the meantime, check out the full collection and tell us what you think!
