Lamb Design is one of the dreamiest destinations for interiors you’ll find online. Best of all, it’s Irish. They curate a beautiful selection of furniture, soft furnishings, accessories and more, and if we could get our hands on every single thing, we would. Lucky for you, they’ve been so kind as to give one reader a €100 voucher to spend online. The question is, how will you spend it? We’ve made a few purchases of our own recently, as well as featuring Lamb Design pieces in our forthcoming series with the RTE Player, The Good Room, and the stuff is next level awesome. Here are five things we know you’ll love, one of which you might throw your voucher towards.
Their balloon mirrors – ideal for the kids but neither Jo or I have kids and we still adore these. Who says we have to grow up? The two work wonderfully together but are just as nice solo next to some cute framed prints.
The feathered lampshades – to be honest, I was in two minds about these. I’m more of a minimal and contemporary kinda interiors nut, but holy moly these are so beautiful when you see them in real life. It adds an instant touch of elegance and luxury to any room – so much so, you won’t need to go nuts elsewhere. The richness of the texture is to die for. If you’re tired of the standard round lampshade, try this out for size.
If we had some cash to splash, we would go STRAIGHT to the checkout with these bar stools. I made the mistake of buying bar stools that have no back on them and there’s really only so long you can sit on them comfortably. These babies, on the other hand, are both comfortable and slick. The vintage vibe with the brown leather is something that will stand the test of time, regardless of what trends come and go.
And while we’re on the subject of seating, who could say no to a velvet green dining chair? Even if it’s just the one, it will be your pride and joy. You don’t need to match everything to perfection; sometimes a more eclectic mix can work even better.
Lastly, let’s talk about their cushions. I have a slight problem in that I have too many, but recently I decided to pare everything right back and choose just one or two showstopping scatter cushions. I picked myself up this Madam Stoltz cushion via Lamb Design. It’s round, velvet, so comfy and it looks incredible on its own. Getting it in grey will ensure it works with every colour palette. And then there are the Aztec cushions. One is all you need to make a statement.
